Saves for Saves
Saves for Saves is a month‑long fundraising initiative we're leading in partnership with the Calgary Humane Society. Throughout July, supporters and fans alike can pledge a dollar amount for every save made by our Calgary Wild FC goalkeepers. At the end of the month, we tally the total number of saves and collect the pledged donations, with all proceeds going directly to the Humane Society’s rescue and care programs.
The initiative is designed to connect the passion of matchday with meaningful community impact. Each save on the pitch becomes a moment of support for animals in need — turning goalkeeper heroics into real‑world help.
To build momentum, we'll be sharing short video clips featuring Sarah Keilty-Dilling, highlighting the the initiative, community and fan engagement. The Calgary Humane Society’s adoption mobile will join us at the August 1st Heroes Game tailgate, where supporters can meet adoptable animals and learn more about the organization’s work.
Saves for Saves is a simple, fun, and high‑impact way for supporters to give back, celebrate our keepers, and strengthen our community ties — one save at a time.

Pride Jerseys
Our Pride jerseys were created as part of a national initiative celebrating and supporting the LGBTQ2S+ community across Canada. The design reflects a shared commitment among supporter groups to visibility, inclusion, and solidarity — a reminder that football culture is strongest when everyone belongs.
For Wild Roses SG, this initiative also carried a local purpose. Proceeds from our jersey sales were directed to Calgary Outlink, a community organization providing support, resources, and connection for LGBTQ2S+ individuals in our city.
Thanks to everyone who purchased a jersey, we raised $182 for Calgary Outlink. Your support helps strengthen queer community spaces here at home and reinforces the values we bring into the stands every matchday.
